Amynuo Mind Mirror AI (the "Service") is a digital personality mirror system provided by Amynuo Technology, including AI emotional companionship, emotion analysis, life-milestone records, and smart-hardware integration. The Service is intended to help users better understand their own emotional states and personality traits, and does not constitute medical diagnosis or psychological treatment.
(1) You must register an account with a mobile phone number and ensure the information you provide is true and valid. (2) You are responsible for your account's security and must not lend your account to others. (3) If you detect abnormal account login, contact customer support immediately. (4) Each phone number may register only one account.
(1) You undertake not to use the Service for any unlawful or non-compliant activity, including but not limited to disseminating illegal information, infringing the rights of others, or disrupting the normal operation of the Service. (2) You undertake not to attempt, by any means, to reverse-engineer, crack, or tamper with the Service's code and data. (3) If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it through official channels and we will provide an appropriate reward.
(1) Amy's conversation content is generated by AI models and does not constitute any professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, or investment advice). (2) AI conversation is intended to provide emotional companionship and self-awareness assistance, and should not replace professional psychological counseling or medical diagnosis. (3) If you are in a serious psychological crisis, please immediately contact a professional institution or call a mental-health helpline.
(1) Smart-hardware devices (including but not limited to the AI Sleep Pillow, AI Breathing Light, and AI Smart Band) must be used correctly in accordance with the product instructions. (2) Physiological data collected by the hardware is used solely to deliver the Service's features; the scope of collection is determined by the authorization settings you make when binding the device. (3) Hardware devices are not medical devices, and the data they collect cannot replace professional medical testing.
(1) The Service offers free basic features and paid subscription services; specific pricing is as displayed in the app. (2) Subscription fees are charged through the payment method you select, and renewals occur automatically before the end of each billing cycle; you may cancel at any time in Settings. (3) Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
(1) All intellectual property in the Service's software, design, algorithms, brand marks, and the like belongs to Amynuo Technology. (2) The conversation content, emotion data, and other personal information you generate during use belong to you. (3) Anonymized and aggregated data may be used to improve the service and for academic research; such data contains no personally identifying information.
(1) The Service is provided "as is," and we do not absolutely guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or secure. (2) We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or the user's own device or network problems. (3) Hardware damage caused by the user's failure to follow the product instructions is not covered by warranty.
(1) You may stop using the Service and apply to delete your account at any time. (2) If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate the Service provided to you. (3) After account deletion, we will handle your personal data as agreed in the Privacy Policy.
